WHAT IS COACHING?
Life coaching is an empowering conversation between you and your coach about your greatest potential. It's an experience that encompasses support, accountability, growth, and a deep understanding of self. Life coaches create a safe and non-judgmental environment for an individual to explore all possible options when striving towards and obtaining one's goal. Coaches have the ability to view a person's situation from afar… a birds-eye view if you will, offering fresh insight into the individual's situation. Coaches connect with each individual by listening intently and asking thought-provoking questions. Through this experience, an individual will be challenged to think beyond what is impossible and deeper into what is possible.
I believe you can only go higher than you think. Belief equals action-equal results!! I help my clients find possible outcomes towards their goals by challenging the way they think about themselves. As I support my clients to challenge the limiting beliefs that no longer serve them, we create small snowball action steps toward their desired result.
